不同产地蒙古黄芪种子质量研究
Study on seed quality of Astragalus mongholicus Bunge from different areas
摘要
Abstract
Objective: To study the seed quality of Astragalus mongholicus Bunge from 9 different habitats and select the seed of Astragalus membranaceus with high quality, so as to provide reference for the standardized cultivation of Astragalus membranaceus. Methods: The quality of Astragalus mongholicus Bunge seeds in 9 different habitats was tested, including clarity analysis, water content, the germination rate and viability measurement. Results: The seeds were less and the average clarity could reach more than 90％. The water content of Astragalus membranaceus seeds was the highest at 10.54％ in Minxian County of Gansu Province; the hardness of seed in Guyang County of Baotou City and Weiyuan County was low with a natural germination rate of more than 65.3％. The seed quality of Astragalus mongholicus Bunge in Longxi of Gansu and Chifeng City of Inner Mongolia was relatively poor. Conclusion: The treatment of 98％ concentrated sulfuric acid can obviously improve the germination rate of Astragalus seeds. The quality of Astragalus membranaceus seed is affected by many factors.关键词
