粵西地区三种猪病毒病抗体检测与分析
Detection of antibodies against porcine viral diseases in western regions of Guangdong Province
摘要
Abstract
In order to evaluate the porcine immune status, ELISA was adopted for the detection of antibodies against Classical Swine Fever Virus (CSFV), Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome Virus (PRRSV) and Porcine Pseudorabies Virus (PPRV) with total 409 serum samples from 20 different scale pig farms in the western regions of Guangdong Province from 2016 to 2017. The results showed that the total antibodies positive rates of CSFV, PRRSV and PPRV was 65.31％, 67.65％ and 92.60％, respectively. The antibody qualification rates of PPRV was more than 83.80％ in different pig farms, the rest results showed that the smaller the farm, antibody qualified rate was lower. It should be immunized to Classical Swine Fever and Porcine Reproductive and Respiratory Syndrome immediately in this area.关键词
