中草药添加剂对羊肉氨基酸含量的影响研究
Effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the amino acid content in mutton
摘要
Abstract
The aim of the experiment was to study the effects of Chinese herbal medicine additives on the amino acid content in mutton. The test period was 90 days for feeding ten male lambs, they were hybrided generation between Sufflk with only 3-month-old sheep and small tail cold sheep, and divided randomly into two groups, control group feeding with concentrated diet, and experimental group added with 1.5% Chinese herbal medicine additive. After the experiment, three fattening sheep were chosen from each of the two groups for slaughter, then to determine amino acid contents. The results showed that the experimental group had different degrees of improvement compared with the control group on content of sixteen amino acids, essential amino acids, non-essential amino acids, flavor amico acids and total amino acids in mutton. It is indicated that the addition of Chinese herbal medicine additives can significantly improve the quality and flavor of mutton.关键词
