Abstract
Objective To prolong the survival time of patients after gastrectomy for gastric cancer as much as possible, multivariate analysis was performed to investigate the risk factors of prognosis. Methods 81 cases of postoperative gastric cancer patients who had been treated in our hospital from January 2011 to December 2013 were selected as subjects using random number table. The clinical data of the enrolled patients were retrospectively analyzed. Factors that affecting survival time were investigated using multivariable analysis. Results Univariate analysis showed that the risk factors affecting the 5-year survival rate of patients undergoing gastrectomy included postoperative chemotherapy, tumor differentiation, tumor infiltration, tumor volume, lymph node metastasis, and TNM stages (P＜0. 05). Multivariate Logistic regression analysis revealed that tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and tumor TNM stages were independent factors that influenced the 5-year survival rate of patients after gastrectomy. Conclusion The survival time of patients after gastrectomy is affected by many factors, among which the degree of tumor differentiation, lymph node metastasis, and the TNM stage of tumors are independent factors influencing the prognosis of patients, which is worth clinical attention.关键词
