益气活血法预防全髋关节置换术后下肢深静脉血栓形成的临床研究
Clinical study on preventing deep vein thrombosis of lower limb after total hip replacement with supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation

Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation in preventing deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty. Methods A total of 60 inpatients undergoing total hip replacement surgery in our hospital from March 2016 to December 2017 were selected. According to the different treatment methods, they were divided into control group and observation group. There were 30 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation by taking activating blood circulation and diminishing swelling decoction after total hip arthroplasty, and the control group was treated with administrating Asprin orally after total hip replacement. Compared the treatment effect of the two groups. Results After total hip arthroplasty, the excellent and good rate and the incidence of complications in the observation group were all superior to the control group, and the differences were statistically significant(P＜0. 05). Conclusion The use of supplementing Qi and activating blood circulation method to prevent the formation of deep venous thrombosis after total hip arthroplasty is an ideal treatment.关键词
