摘要
Abstract
Objective The characteristic metabolic way of tumor cells is aerobic glycolysis, the Warburg effect. Hexokinase is the key enzyme of glycolysis and highly and widely expressed in tumor cells. It is considered to be related with metabolism, apoptosis and autophagy of tumor. By conducting researches on hexokinase and its upstream and downstream, it would be possible to find out the potential gene targeting therapy which could be effective to several kinds of tumors.关键词
