摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the application value of ECBER EEG grading standard in the prediction of the prognosis of disturbance of consciousness induced by cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 262 patients with acute cerebrovascular disturbance of consciousness who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2016 to June 2017 were selected as the research subjects. The general data, past medical history, GCS score at admission, prognosis of telephone follow-up after 3 months were recorded in the patients, and patient survival or death was used as an observation indicator of prognosis. The gender, age, GCS score, primary disease, and ECBER grading were analyzed in the survival group and death group. The ECBER grading and the correlation between GCS and patients' prognosis were analyzed. Results After 3 months of follow-up by telephone, 193 patients survived, accounting for 73. 66%. 69 patients died, accounting for 26. 34%. There was a statistically significant difference in the GCS scores between the survival group and the death group (P<0. 05). There was a statistically significant difference in the ECBER grading be tween the survival group and the death group (P<0. 05). The correlation analysis between GCS score and patients' prognosis showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the two (r=0. 662, P<0. 05). The correlation analysis between the ECBER grading and the prognosis of patients showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the two (r=-0. 583, P<0. 05). Conclusion The ECBER EEG grading has a significant correlation with the progno- sis of patients with disturbance of consciousness induced by cerebrovascular disease. The higher the grading, the worse the prognosis, which can be used to evaluate the prognosis of patients.关键词
