Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical effects of early and delayed mechanical ventilation in patients with central neurogenic hyperventilation. Methods Through retrospective analysis, we collected patients with central neurogenic hyperventilation who were treated with mechanical ventilation and screened them. Cases meeting the criteria were divided into early mechanical ventilation group and delayed mechanical ventilation group. The clinical indicators were observed and the test results were statistically analyzed. Results P02, LAC, and shallow breathing index in the early mechanical ventilation group within 72 hours The improvements were significantly better than the delayed mechanical ventilation group, and the differences were statistically significant (P＜0. 05). The mechanical ventilation time and ICU treatment time in the early mechanical ventilation group were significantly shorter than those in the delayed mechanical ventilation group(P＜0. 05). Conclusion Patients with central nervous system hyperventilation have a significant effect of early mechanical ventilation, can significantly improve the patient's hypoxia and respiratory status, and effectively improve the prognosis of patients. It is recommended that early mechanical ventilation be used.关键词
