Abstract
Objective To investigate the influence of systematic nursing intervention on effectiveness, unhealthy psy-chology and life quality in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer. Methods 80 patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer in our hospital from September 2015 to December 2017 were selected and randomized into two groups. Patients in control group were treated with routine clinical nursing care while patients in study group were treated with systematic nursing intervention. The changes of clinical effectiveness, unhealthy psychology and life quality in two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The rate of effectiveness after nursing care in study group(95％, 38 patients) was significantly higher than that in control group (75％, 30 patients)(P＜0. 05). The score of SAS (2. 4±1. 1) and the score of SDS(1. 9±1. 5) after treatment in study group was statistically lower than those in control group(P＜0. 05). The scores of every term in SF-36 in study group were higher than those in control group (P＜0. 05). Conclusion Systematic nursing intervention in patients with chronic gastritis and gastric ulcer can help remit the unhealthy psychology and improve patients' life quality.
