中西医结合治疗脑卒中偏瘫40例临床观察
Clinical observation on treating 40 cases of stroke hemiplegia with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine

Abstract
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia. Methods 80 stroke patients with hemiplegia from January 2016 to January 2017 admitted in our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the different treatment methods, they were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. Both groups underwent systematic rehabilitation training and routine medical treatment of neurology. The observation group was also given Piantan Fuyuan decoction. The two groups were treated for 4 weeks. After treatment, the clinical efficacy of both groups and daily living activities, lower extremity motor function and the improvement of quality of life between two groups were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 90. 0％, which was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups(P＜0. 05). The scores of BIand FMAin both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the scores of BIand FMAin the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, the differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P＜0. 05). The SS-QOLscores of both groups after treatment were significantly higher than those before treatment, and the SS-QOLscore of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, there was significant difference between the two groups (P＜0. 01). Conclusion The traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of stroke hemiplegia can significantly improve the clinical curative effect, promote the recovery of motor function, improve the self-care ability of patients, thus significantly improving the quality of life of patients.关键词
