Abstract
Dexmedetomidine, as a highly selective α2 agonist, has advantages including good sedative, analgesic, antisympathetic, anti-inflammatory and organ protective effects, and has few adverse reactions. And it is widely used in clinical anesthesia. At present, the advantages of dexmedetomidine in anesthesia of elderly patients are recognized by more and more doctors. This article reviews the application of dexmedetomidine in elderly patients with orthopaedics and aims to guide clinical applications.关键词
