高良姜正丁醇萃取部位化学成分研究
Chemical Constituents from n-Butanol Fraction of Alpinia officinarum

Abstract
Objective: To isolate and identify the chemical constituents from n-butanol fraction of 70% ethanol extract of Alpinia officinarum. Methods: The chemical constituents of n-butanol fraction from the rhizomes of A. officinarum were isolated and purified by repeated column chromatography and their structures were identified and elucidated by thin layer chromatography and spectral analyses. Results: Eight compounds were isolated from n-butanol fraction of A. officinarum and their structures were elucidated as n-butyl-β-D-fructopyranoside (1), staphylionoside D (2),isoquercitrin (3), dibutyl phthalate (4), p-methoxy phenol (5), 5-hydroxymethyl-2-furfural (6), p-hydroxy benzaldehyde (7), vanillin (8). Conclusion:Among these compounds, compounds 6 and 8 were first isolated from Alpinia genus, compounds 2-4 were isolated from this plant for the first time.关键词
