Abstract
Objective: To establish and revise the quality standard of Clematidis Apiifoliae Herba. Methods: Clematidis Apiifoliae Herba was identified by morphological, microscopical and TLC methods. And referring to Pharmacopoeia of The People' s Republic of China (2015 edition),water content, total ash and extract were also determined. Results: The micro-scopical characters and the spots of TLC were clear and evident. The water content, total ash and extract of 5 samples varied in the ranges of 9.4％-10.7％, 5.6％-7.4％ and 11.1 ％-20.5％, respectively. Conclusion: The current study provide scientific basis for improving the quality standard of Clematidis Apiifoliae Herba.关键词
