第三代新型镍基单晶高温合金再结晶行为研究
Recrystallization Behavior of a New Third Generation Nickel Based Single Crystal Superalloy

Abstract
The third generation of new nickel-based single crystal superalloy was heat treated by surface loading and heat treated in the range of 1 100~1 330 ℃ for 4 h in vacuum atmosphere. The effects of temperature and loading on the recrystallization behavior of as-cast and heat-treated alloys were investigated. The results show that the DD9-X superalloys are no significant recrystallization with heat treatment below 1 100 ℃ and 1 200 ℃; the dendritic shape recrystallization grains will be formed with heat treatment at 1 300 ℃; and the equiaxed recrystallization will be occurred at 1 330 ℃. It is proved that the dissolution of γ′ particles is a necessary condition for recrystallization. Under the same circumstances, the depth and area of recrystallization of as-cast state is less than that of heat treatment state specimen due to the absence of coarse γ′ and γ/γ′ eutectic. The area of recrystallization is increased distinctly with the increasing the loading.关键词
