摘要
Abstract
The high strength and high wear resistance ZCuPb10Sn10 alloy was prepared, and the effect of rare earth elements La and Ce and melting temperature on the microstructure and properties were investigated by orthogonal experiment method. The results show that the microstructure of ZCuPb10Sn10 alloy is best refine when the content of Ce is 0.06%, the content of La is 0.08% and the melting temperature is 1 200 ℃, while the tensile strength is 298 MPa, the elongation rate is 8.9%, and the hardness is 76 HB.关键词
