自生TiC铁基复合材料的三体磨料磨损性能的工艺探究
Three Body Abrasive Wear Properties of In-situ TiC Iron Matrix Composites

Abstract
The composite structure of in-Situ TiC high chromium cast iron was prepared by casting method. The microstructure and phase composition of the composite were studied by means of metallographic microscope and XRD. The effect of casting temperature (1 350, 1 405 and 1 420 ℃ ) on the wear properties of composites was investigated. The three body wear properties of in-Situ TiC iron matrix composite and high chromium cast iron were compared. The results show that when the casting temperature is 1 420 ℃, three body wear the best performance, three body wear performance of the composite is 1.75 times the heat-treated samples of high chromium cast iron; the highest hardness when the casting temperature is 1420 ℃, the average hardness reach HV 1 076.2.关键词
