摘要

Abstract

The influence of 0.011%~0.204%Ti on microstructure and mechanical properties were investigated by centrifugal casting 35Cr45NiNb alloy ethylene pyrolysis furnace tube. The results show that the addition of microalloying element Ti can significantly influence the microstructure and high temperature endurance of 35Cr45NiNb alloy furnace tube. When the content is 0.011%Ti, there is no Ti carbide precipitation; When the content is 0.101% Ti, (NbTi)C is precipitated out in the grain boundary of austenite. From the results of room temperature tensile and high temperature endurance properties, the Ti content is 0.08% ~0.12%, and the 35Cr45NiNb alloy furnace tube has good room temperature and high temperature endurance properties.
