连铸圆坯拉速与温度关系的量化研究
Quantitative Study on Relationship between Pulling Speed and Temperature of Continuous Casting Round Billets

Abstract
The forming process of continuous casting round billets was simulated by liquid-solid forming simulation software ProCAST. According to the thickness of the required solidification layer and combined with different metal pouring temperature to select the appropriate reasonable pulling speed, and the results were analyzed and tested. The results show that the higher the temperature of the molten steel, the pulling speed should be slower, and the grain size will be coarse. It also reduces the actual production efficiency while affecting the overall mechanical properties of the round billets. The optimum molten steel temperature for the 37Mn5 continuous casting round billet with a diameter of 220 mm is 1 520 ℃, the pulling speed v is 0.945 m·min-1, the tundish superheat ΔT is 23 ℃. Under the condition of the process, the temperature field in the mould is uniform and stable, the surface of continuous casting billets and the internal quality are good, and the productivity is high.关键词
