Abstract
The coupler yoke is the key casting steel in the hooked assembly of the HEXIE electric locomotive. The performance requirements of the coupler yoke were very high. Magnetic particle inspection is required. The production process is long and the operation is difficult. The quality of the coupler yoke will directly affect the safety of the locomotives. Aiming at the defects occurring in the production process of the coupler yoke blank, measures were taken to improve the process. The defects are well solved and the product quality of the coupler yoke is improved.关键词
