摘要

Abstract

In order to solve the problems of low life of 40t EAF caused by the rapid heat change of furnace and the mismatching of refractories such as tapping hole, bottom and wall of furnace, the design of the center position of the electrode hole, the size of the sleeve brick of the tapping hole and the thickness of the furnace top electrode perform had been improved. At the same time, the different grade magnesia carbon bricks are used in slag line and the "hot spot" area of 2# electrode, the bottom of the furnace is thickened to 1 000 mm by using magnesia dry ramming materials, and further requirements in operation are put forward, excellent results are obtained.
