Abstract
In order to reduce the deformation and wrinkle of the clutch housing, the causes of deformation and wrinkling defects were analyzed according to the principle of lost foam casting and the structural characteristics of the clutch housing. The results show that the anti-deformation bars are triangular to the end of the mouth, and the deformation wastes can be controlled well by the rational casting gating system design. Selection of inclined shape and pouring can effectively solve the defects of inner cavity wrinkles. Finally, the defects rate of lost foam casting and wrinkle defects of the final clutch shell are controlled within 1%.关键词
