摘要

Abstract

Through the analysis of the size of riser and the location of the sprue gate, and the investment casting process for trestle was optimized by orthogonal experiment method, taking pouring temperature, taking pouring veloocity and mould preheating temperature as the main factors, and taking the shrinkage cavity of the trestle (133-9105) casting index. The results show that the appropriate investment casting craft for trestle castings: the pouring temperature is 1 480 ℃, the mould preheating temperature is 400 ℃. The shrinkage rate of the trestle specimen is 0.67 under optimized investment casting process.
