摘要
Abstract
The effects of coatings, casting system and molding on large castings were analyzed. Adding inorganic phosphate and graphite powder to the coatings increased the high temperature strength of coatings, reduced the coating thickness, enhanced the air permeability and refractoriness. The process improves product quality and save costs. Double sprue system effectively prevents the casting collapsing. Using the process of large castings, the genuine rate is 98％, craft production rate reaches 88％.关键词
