在多向锻造过程中温度场对7075铝合金组织的影响
Effect of Temperature Filed on Microstructure of 7075 Aluminum Alloy in Multidirectional Forging Process

Abstract
The Deform 3D software was used to study the influence of the parameters that were difficult to measure in the forging process of 7075 aluminum alloy. With temperature as variables, the isothermal forging and forging blank of the same size forging, the initial forging temperature was 450 ℃, the differences of stress, metal flow rate, metal flow line and grain size were studied in the two forging processes. The results show that the surface of 7075 aluminum alloy is prone to tear, and the isothermal forging line is better and the structure is more uniform. The number of upsetting and drawing is enough to achieve the grain refining effect, the isothermal forging grain size is smaller and more uniform distribution.关键词
