摘要

Abstract

The microstructure evolution of precipitation in super austenitic stainless steel 254SMo aged at 1 020 ℃ was studied by using JMatPro software, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope (SEM) equipped with energy disperse spectroscopy (EDS), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and the combined method of software simulation and experiment. The results show that clubbed and cellular precipitation grows on the grain boundaries and the amount and size of precipitation increase with the increasing of aging time, and it grows with chain distribution along the rolling direction eventually. The EDS and TEM analysis exhibit that the precipitation is phase with high content of Cr, Mo and low content of Ni, which is agree with the thermodynamic simulation.
