摘要

Abstract

The mechanical properties and microstructure of 6063 alloy with as-cast, 3 and 6 passes ECAP state were contrastive analyzed, and the fracture morphology was observed. The results show that the microhardness and tensile properties of 6063 aluminum alloy can be improved after ECAP deformation, the microhardness and tensile strength reach the maximum value with ECAP 3 passes; the grain of the 6063 alloy is obviously refined after ECAP deformation, and the Mg2Si phase is broken in different degrees and distributed more evenly; as-cast 6063 alloy shows brittle fracture characteristics, while the ECAP 3 passes and 6 passes 6063 alloy exhibit ductile fracture characteristics.
