摘要

Abstract

The cobalt content is up to 40%~45% in cathode material of the lithium batteries, The recycling of cathode materials for waste lithium-ion batteries not only protects the environment but also has obvious economic benefits. The cobalt and lithium of waste lithium-ion batteries are recycled through the all-wet process. The recovery rate of cobalt is more than 99% by solvent extraction to remove impurities and separate of cobalt and lithium. The main elements of lithium, cobalt and aluminum in waste lithium-ion batteries can be safely recycled and don't produce secondary pollution.
