Abstract
At present, the talent war among cities is still in full swing in China. More and more cities, facing this situation and being aware of the importance of the talent, have taken practical action and achieved initial results. However, the reasons behind the war and the issues, contradictions and challenges brought about by this war have aroused much concern and need to be addressed accordingly. This paper, on the basis of analysis of the current situation of the talent war and its basic characteristics and causes, presents the author's own reflection on the five important relations and contradictions possibly seen in the talent war and puts forward some recommendations for policy makers in dealing with these relations and contradictions.关键词
