摘要

Abstract

In view of insufficient research into harmonious labor relations, this paper, based on labor-capital cooperative theory, economysharing theory and human capital property right theory, proposes the concept of cooperative shared labor relations and defines the concept by the Quadrifid Graph Model of labor relations. This study shows that the cooperative shared labor relations have achieved a combination of labor-capital cooperation and gain-sharing, and are consistent with the system aspirations of the co-creating and gain-sharing of both capital and labor parties. And, theoretically, it is the optimal harmonious type of labor relations.
