The Outcomes of Experiment and Future Prospects in the Harmonious Labor Relations Comprehensive Pilot Area: A Case Study of Yantian District, Shenzhen, Guangdong Province

Abstract
In order to explore new models and new ways of governance of labor relations in China, many places have made attempts in the comprehensive pilot areas of harmonious labor relations to explore new models and innovative ways of governance of labor relations under the leadership of the party central committee and various levels of government. The provincial and municipial governments co-construction of harmonious labor relationship comprehensive pilot area in Yantian District has come to the forefront of the era and is about to enter the conclusion and perfection stage. Based on the development of longitudinal historical evolution and horizontal governance perspectives, this paper summarizes the experiences of governance in the comprehensive pilot area in Yantian District. The study shows that, in the background of the time and space of the new era, the future development of the comprehensive pilot area of harmonious labor relationship in Yantian District should be carried out in conjunction with the construction of Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macau Bay Area, the multi-level governmental cooperation and the changes of labor structure.关键词
