Clinical analysis and nursing of complete placenta previa
摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the nursing methods for complete placenta previa.Methods A casecontrol study was conducted.80 pregnant women with complete placenta previa who underwent regular prenatal care and cesarean delivery in our hospital from January to December 2016,were selected as the study group.80 pregnant women without abnormal placenta who underwent cesarean delivery in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.The control group received routine obstetric nursing care,while the study group received the targeted nursing intervention according to the clinical characteristics of complete placenta previa.Compared the amount of intraoperative bleeding,operative time,the amount of bleeding during postpartum 2-24 hours of the two groups.The nursing methods of complete placenta previa were then summarized.Results The amount of intraoperative bleeding and the operative time in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group [(925.38±61.8)ml vs.(333.12±9.63)ml,(61.86±4.15)min vs.(43.85±1.25)min;P＜0.05];there was no statistically significant difference in the amount of bleeding during postpartum 2-24 hours between the study group and the control group [(110.86±17.58)ml vs.(102.51±10.04)ml,P＞0.05].Conclusion In the routine nursing methods of complete placenta previa,preoperative and intraoperative nursing should be emphasized.关键词
