中药育发液对表皮角质形成细胞体外增殖作用的影响
The effect of Chinese medicine hair-restoring lotion on proliferation in vitro of human epiderm keratinocytes

Abstract
Objective To study the effect of Chinese medicine hair-restoring lotion on proliferation in vitro of human epiderm keratinocytes (HEK).Methods Taking Zhangguang 101 hair-restoring lotion as a positive drug,cultured the HEK by using enzymatic digestion,observed the morphology of the cells,determined the growth activity of HEK by MTT assay,and drew the growth curve of cells of each group,to evaluate the Chinese medicine hair-restoring lotion on HEK proliferation in vitro.Results Compared with the blank control group,administrated 24 h later,the cells of Chinese medicine hair-restoring lotion group increased in number,some cells were connected to each other,there was no transparent vacuoles in cytoplasm,the size of cells was uniform,and the growth condition was good;MTT results showed that the OD value of each dose Chinese medicine hairrestoring lotion group increased significantly (P＜0.01),and the promotion rate of the proliferation of HEK was above 40％.Conclusion Each dose group of Chinese medicine hair-restoring lotion can significantly promote the proliferation of HEK in vitro.关键词
