The effect of enhanced recovery after surgery nursing on shoulder pain and recovery of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of enhanced recovery after surgery (ERAS) nursing on shoulder pain and recovery of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Methods 60 cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery in our hospital from October 2016 to December 2017 were chosen as the research object,and were divided into experimental group (29 cases) and control group (31 cases) by random number method.The patients in the control group were given routine nursing,while the patients in the experimental group were given ERAS nursing.Postoperative pain score and rehabilitation speed were compared between the two groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in shoulder pain score between the two groups at postoperative 6 h (P＞0.05),shoulder pain score in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group at postoperative 24 h,48 h,72 h (P＜0.05).The postoperative recovery time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,the anal exhaust time was shortened by 24.96％,the leaving bed time was shortened by 26.85％,the time of hospitalization was shortened by 27.24％,the recovery time of the intestinal sound was shortened by 26.55％,the time of eating was shortened by 24.92％,the time of defecation was shortened by 26.45％,with statistically significant differences (P＜0.05).Conclusion ERAS nursing can reduce the shoulder pain of patients after gynecological laparoscopic surgery,accelerate the process of rehabilitation.关键词
