Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of waist and abdominal muscle force training nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with osteoporotic compression fracture of lumbar vertebra. Methods 90 patients with lumbar vertebra osteoporosis compression fracture in our hospital from July 2016 to June 2017 were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,45 patients in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given waist and abdominal muscle force training nursing on the basis of the routine nursing. The rehabilitation effect, degree of pain, and the stamina of the lumbar and abdominal muscles were compared between the two groups. Results The good recovery rate of the observation group was 91.11%,significantly higher than that of the control group (71.11%),with statistically significant difference (P<0.05),After nursing, the VAS scores of pain degree in the two groups significantly decreased, and the VAS score of the observation group [(3.08±0.48)] was significantly lower than that of the control group [(4.25±0.69)],with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).After nursing, the stamina of the lumbar and abdominal muscles in the two groups significantly improved, and the score of the observation group [(0.87±0.16)] was significantly higher than that of the control group [(-0.32±0.08)],with statistically significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion Waist and abdominal muscle force training nursing can significantly improve the postoperative rehabilitation effect of patients with lumbar vertebra osteoporosis compression fracture, which can relieve the degree of pain and improve the stamina of the lumbar and abdominal muscles.关键词
