中医护理干预在腰椎间盘突出症中的应用效果
TCM nursing intervention for patients with lumbar disc herniation
摘要
Abstract
Objective To observe and evaluate the effect of TCM nursing intervention for lumbar disc herniation (LDH).Methods 114 patients with LDH were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group using digital table method,57 cases for each group.The control group were given routine nursing care;in addition,the observation group were given Chinese medicine nursing intervention.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups was compared.Results The VAS score and the JOA scores were lower after than before the nursing care in both group (P＜0.05),and was lower in the observation group than the control group after the nursing care (P＜0.05).The QOL scores of the group were significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions TCM nursing intervention ifor patients with LDH can effectively reduce their pain and improve their clinical symptoms,recovery of limb function,and quality of life.关键词
