穴位按摩联合U型枕对视网膜脱离术后患者舒适度及睡眠质量的影响
Effect of acupoint massage combined with U-shaped pillow on patients' comfort and quality of sleep after surgery for retinal detachment

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint massage combined with U-shaped pillow on patients' comfort and quality of sleep after surgery for retinal detachment.Methods 68 patients who underwent routine nursing care after surgery for retinal detachment at our hospital from November,2015 to November,2016 were selected as a control group;and 68 taking acupoint massage and U-shaped pillow intervention from December,2016 to December,2017 an observation group.68 cases of retinal detachment after occipital interference were treated as observation group.The comfort and quality of sleep before and after nursing care were compared between the two groups.Results 3 days and 1 and 2 weeks after nursing care,the comfort scores were (95.85±5.72),(97.63±6.36),and (99.76±7.33) in the observation group,which were higher than those in the control group,with statistical differences (all P＜ 0.05).2 weeks after nursing care,the scores of sleep quality,falling asleep time,sleep time,sleep efficiency,sleep disorders,adjuvant drugs,and daytime dysfunction and the total score were (1.59±0.18),(1.65±0.35),(0.99±0.14),(0.82±0.08),(0.71 ±0.35),(0.13±0.02),(1.03±0.14),and (6.53±0.44) in the observation group,which were lower than those in the control group,with statistical differences (all P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion Acupoint massage combined with U-shaped pillow nursing care for patients after surgery for retinal detachment can effectively improve their comfort and improve sleep quality,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
