延长外周静脉留置针留置时间的方法探讨
Methods for prolonging retention time of peripheral venous indwelling needle
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the methods in the prolongation of indwelling needle retention time in patients taking peripheral venous catheter infusion.Methods From June 2016 to June 2017,360 patients with peripheral venous indwelling needle were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group,180 cases for each group.The control group were routine care;and the experimental group were intervened by quality control circle management.The duration of indwelling needle,number of phlebitis,number of tube blockage,number of accidental extubation,and total satisfaction rate were compared between the two groups.Results The indwelling time was (5.6 ± 2.0) d in the experimental group,and was (2.0 ± 1.2) d in the control group,with a statistical difference (P ＜ 0.05).4 cases got phlebitis,4 occlusion,and 2 accidental extubation in the experimental group;and 20,20,and 22 in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).The total satisfaction rate was 95.00％ in the experimental group,and was 77.78％ in the control group (P ＜ 0.05).Conclusion The needle indwelling time can be lengthened in the patients with infusion of peripheral venous catheter by quality control circle management methods,which have the value of application.关键词
