慢性心力衰竭采取延续性护理模式的应用效果

摘要
Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of continuous nursing mode on self-care ability and quality of life of patients with chronic heart failure (CHF).Methods A total of 30 CHF patients treated at our hospital were selected as research objects,and were randomized into a reference group and an intervention group,15 cases for each group.The control group were routinely cared;in addition,the intervention group were intervened with continual care mode.The self-care ability and quality of life were observed and compared between these two groups.Results The EHFScBS score was significantly lower and the SF-36 score was significantly higher in the intervention group than in the reference group [(6.05 ± 1.70) vs.(18.07 ± 1.53) and (58.42 ± 6.29) vs.(33.57 ± 6.38),both P ＜ 0.05].Conclusion Continual care mode for CHF patients can effectively improve their self-care ability and quality of life,so it is worth being clinically generalized.关键词
