优化急救护理流程对重症颅脑外伤急诊手术患者的救治应用
The application of optimized emergency care procedure in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma

Abstract
Objective To apply optimized emergency care procedure in emergency surgery for patients with severe craniocerebral trauma.Methods 60 patients with severe craniocerebral trauma underwent emergency surgery in our hospital from April 2014 to April 2017 were selected as the object,and were divided into two groups according to different process.30 patients in the control group were given conventional emergency care procedure,30 patients in the observation group were given optimized emergency care procedure.The first-aid success rate,the time of pre-hospital emergency,the time of in-hospital emergency,modified early warning score,first aid fluency score,and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The first-aid success rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (100.00％ vs.86.67％),the time of pre-hospital emergency and the time of in-hospital emergency of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group [(9.11±2.30) min vs.(12.50±3.44) min,(25.40±5.22) min vs.(40.88±7.60) min],modified early warning score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group [(6.33±1.20) vs.(11.20±2.90)],first aid fluency score and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than those of the control group [(4.50±0.52) vs.(4.10±0.31),93.33％ vs.70.00％] (P＜0.05).Conclusion Optimized emergency care procedure can get good effect in patients with severe craniocerebral trauma undergoing emergency surgery,of great significance.关键词
