Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the correlation between the pathogenesis of polycystic ovary syndrome and TNF-alpha,PYY,and IL-lra.Methods 56 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in our hospital from June 2015 to June 2017 were selected as observation group,51 cases of healthy women during the same period were selected as control group. The levels of hormone indexes [follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH),luteinizing hormone (LH),testosterone (T),tumor necrosis factor (TNF-alpha),peptide tyrosine tyrosine (PYY),interleukin 1 receptor antagonist (IL-lra)] were compared between the two groups,to explore the similarities and differences of each index and correlation between the two groups. Results Compared with the control group, the level of FSH in the observation group was lower, the levels of LH,T,and LH/FSH were higher, the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-lra were higher, and the level of PYY was lower, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05).In the observation group, the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-lra were significantly positively correlated with the levels of T and LH/FSH (P<0.05),the level of PYY was significantly negatively correlated with the levels of T and LH/FSH (P<0.05).In the control group, the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-1ra were not significantly correlated with the levcls of T and LH/FSH (P>0.05).In the observation group, the levels of TNF-alpha and IL-1ra were significantly negatively correlated with the level of PYY (r=-0.45,-0.506;P<0.05),the level of TNF-alpha was significantly positively correlated with the level of IL-1ra (r=0.32,P<0.05).Conclusion The occurrence of polycystic ovary syndrome may be affected by hormone indexes, and the occurrence and development of the disease is related to PYY,TNF-α,IL-1ra.关键词
