黄连温胆汤加减治疗痰热瘀阻型冠心病心绞痛的临床效果观察

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of phlegm-heat stasis type CHD angina pectoris.Methods From December 2016 to January 2018,50 cases of phlegm-heat stasis type CHD angina pectoris in our hospital were selected and were divided into 2 groups according to the computer table method,25 cases in each group.The reference group was treated with conventional western medicine,and the experimental group was treated with Huanglian Wendan decoction.The effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement and clinical effect in 50 patients were analyzed.Results The clinical efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the reference group (P＜0.05).The effective rate of electrocardiogram improvement of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Huanglian Wendan decoction in the treatment of phlegm-heat stasis type CHD angina pectoris can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of the patients,with remarkable curative effect and high safety,which treats both manifestations and root causes of the disease.关键词
