紫外线光疗联合游走罐治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效研究
Clinical study on ultraviolet phototherapy combined with moving fire pot in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of ultraviolet phototherapy combined with moving fire pot in the treatment of patients with psoriasis vulgaris,and provide clinical evidence for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of the disease.Methods A total of 100 patients with psoriasis vulgaris who were treated in our department from February 2015 to September 2017 were collected and were randomly divided into two groups with 50 patients in each group.The control group was treated with ultraviolet phototherapy alone,and the observation group was treated with ultraviolet phototherapy combined with moving fire pot,two months as a course of treatment.And recorded onset time,clinical efficacy,and the general information of patients,and liver and kidney function test results.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94％,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (62％) (P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion Ultraviolet phototherapy combined with moving fire pot has significant effect in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris,which can significantly shorten the average onset time,significantly reduce the clinical side effects,and improve the overall treatment efficiency.关键词
