自拟益气养胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床观察

摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the TCM therapeutic effect of Yiqi Yangwei decoction for chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods 60 patients diagnosed with chronic atrophic gastritis by gastroscope and pathology were selected and divided into a treatment group and a control group,30 for each group.The treatment group were treated with Yiqi Yangwei decoction and Western medicine and the control group with Western medicine,for three month.Results After the treatment,the scores of the symptom and pathology were lower in the treatment group than in the control group.The effective rate was 86.67％ in the treatment group and 66.7％ in the control group.Conclusion Yiqi Yangwei decoction and Western medicine chronic atrophic gastritis is effective,so it is worth being generalized.关键词
