Abstract
Objective To study the clinical effects of octreotide and somatostatin for patients with severe acute pancreatitis. Methods 64 patients with severe acute pancreatitis treated at our hospital from November,2015 to November,2017 were selected and randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group,32 cases for each group. The reference group were treated with octreotide, and the experimental group with somatostatin. The treatment effects were compared between these two groups. Results The total effective rate was higher in the experimental group than in the reference group (96.87% vs.75.00%).The levels of albumin, serum amylase, and WBC and APACHE-Ⅱ score were (4.364±0.31) g/L,(422.31±13.54) U/L,(10.224±0.22) × 109/L,and (7.35±0.61) in the experimental group, which were better than those in the reference group, with statistical differences (P < 0.05).Conclusion Somatostatin and octreotide in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis both are effective, but somatostatin is more effective.关键词
