熊去氧胆酸胶囊联合清淤利胆汤治疗肝内胆汁淤积症患者的效果

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of ursodeoxycholic acid capsules combining Qingyu Lidan Decoction for intrahepatic cholestasis.Methods 100 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis treated at our hospital from April,2012 to April,2017 were selected as research objects,and were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,50 cases for each group.The control group were treated with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules,and the observation group with ursodeoxycholic acid capsules and Qingyu Lidan Decoction.The effect and safety were evaluated.And the hepatic function was observed.Results The total effective rate was higher and the liver function indicators were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group (all P ＜ 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between these two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Conclusions Ursodeoxycholic acid capsules combining Qiingyu Lidan Decoction for intrahepatic cholestasis can improve the patients' liver function and treatment effect and relieve their clinical symptoms and is safe,so it is worth for reference.关键词
