摘要

Abstract

This article aimed to design a micro-CT system that met the demand of experimental rabbit imaging. The system included the design of hardware and software. The hardware of high spatial resolution was designed by selecting different parameters of X-ray tube and detector. The image reconstruction algorithm was designed in C programming language using FDK reconstruction algorithm. The micro-CT system the designed in the present study had larger imaging-filed and tube-voltage that could meet the demand of rabbit imaging. It not only has a higher spatial-resolution by selecting proper hardware and imaging algorithm, but also can save the cost of purchasing the finished product.
