摘要

Abstract

Objective To evaluate the quality of dialyzer of different brands via studying the quality control method and cycle of blood dialyzer. Methods A total of 30 installed hemodialysis machines of two brands were selected from the hemodialysis center of Yongchuan Hospital, Chongqing Medical University. The conductivity, temperature, and other performance indicators of the hemodialysis machines were tested at the end of each quarter, and the results were analyzed. Results The errors in conductivity and temperature had significant differences at various time points (P<0.05). The error of venous pressure was significantly different between the first quarter and the third and fourth quarters (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference between the second quarter and the third and fourth quarters (P<0.05). The errors in arterial pressure and dialysate flow rate were significantly different in the first quarter from the second, third, and fourth quarters (P<0.05), and there was a significant difference between the second quarter and the third and fourth quarters (P<0.05). In the third and fourth quarter of the domestic models and imported models hemodialysis machine, there was a significant difference in conductivity and temperature (P<0.05). Conclusion The deviation of each performance index is significantly increased in one year’s detection. Imported models hemodialysis machine is superior to domestic models in stability, but the performance indexes of the two models can be similar by testing and calibrating.
