运用SPD管理模式对医院医用耗材精细化管理的影响

摘要
Abstract
The clinical applications of medical consumables have been making significant contributions to relieving patients’ suffering, helping patients to overcome illness, and improving the rapid development of modern medicine. With the increasing amount and the wider coverage of the medical consumables for the clinical applications, higher requirements are reguired for the fine management of consumables and economic management of hospitals. By analyzing the problems existing in the original logistics management mode of our hospital, the efforts made by our hospital in the fine management of hospital medical consumables ws elaborated. The problems existing in the original logistics management mode of our hospital were analyzed, and the SPD logistics management mode to optimize the original process were introduced. Then, the concrete application of SPD logistics management mode in the fine management of medical consumables in our hospital was also analyzed. At last, the author described our hospital’s efforts in the fine management of hospital medical consumables.关键词
