Abstract
Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF), which is widely used in healthy people and athletes to improve flexibility, is an important therapeutic technique in modern rehabilitation medicine, and has been widely concerned by sport medicine; at the same time, as a fitness exercise that is for general public and with a thousand-year history, Yijinjing is loved and recognized by the masses for its purpose of strengthening body and promoting function recovery by stretching muscles and bones and stirring up meridian qi with body movements; both of them serve the purpose of disease treatment and prevention through stretching tendons and regulating mental activities to improve the physical and mental state of human body, and following the coordination of movement.关键词
