Abstract
Objective: To explore the effect of elastic rope on walking ability of Hemiplegic Children with Cerebral Palsy.Methods: From January 2016 to June 2017, 30 children with hemiplegic cerebral palsy were randomly divided into control group (n = 15) and observation group (n = 15).The control group was given routine rehabilitation training, and the observation group was given functional elastic rope training band training on the basis of routine rehabilitation training.Evaluated the effect of two groups before and after treatment according to the gross motor function measure (GMFM-88).Results: After treatment, the scores of GMFM-88 of item D and item E in the two groups were higher than those before treatment (P＜0.05), and the scores of GM-FM-88 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion: The elastic rope training can improve trunk and pelvic control ability of Hemiplegic Children with Cerebral Palsy and gross motor function, it pro-mote the development of movement and balance ability and rehabilitation of patients.关键词
